Terms of Service

By accessing or using Rangeman Technologies’ website, products (including La-Net App, School APIs, CBT systems), or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws. You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software;
• Use our platforms to transmit malicious code or spam;
• Impersonate any person or entity;
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of our systems.

If you create an account (as a student, teacher, admin, or institution), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

All content, features, and functionality (including software, logos, text, graphics, and APIs) are owned by Rangeman Technologies or its licensors and are protected by Nigerian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for their intended educational or institutional purpose only.

Fees for premium services (e.g., La-Net App subscriptions, API access, training programs) are as stated on our website or in your agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 14 days’ notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rangeman Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim related to this agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last six (6) months.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services temporarily or permanently without notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from such actions.

We may terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lagos State.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
